About Richardson Family
Brooke first began her Real Estate career 20+ years ago, after purchasing her first investment condo in New York City. She later went on to be a full-time Real Estate agent gaining professional Real Estate experience working as an associate for one of the areas top Real Estate team. Brooke grew up in Palo Alto, California outside of San Francisco. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Chico in 1996. From there she moved to Manhattan where she worked as a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines, traveling all over the world, meeting people from all walks of life. She will take pride in committing to you through every step of the buying or selling process. She believes "It's the small things that make a difference between a good Realtor and an exceptional Realtor."
Jeff began his real estate career over 20+ years ago with the purchase of a 5 unit multifamily rental property at Wrightsville Beach. He has gone on to purchase and self manage over 10 residential rental properties. A native of Wilmington NC area, Jeff attended Hoggard high school graduated from The University if NC at Wilmington with a degree in Environmental Sciences. He later went on to work in corporate America, following his father’s footsteps with a career at Du Pont in Leland, NC.
Richardson family is heavily involved in extracurricular actives throughout the community and New Havover county schools. Jeff is an avid golfer and he is an overall sports fan and enjoys sport fishing off the coast of NC.
